Who our GR services in Saudi Arabia are for

  • New companies that have their CR and now need Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and ZATCA set up.
  • Foreign-owned companies that must file the MISA annual registration update.
  • Companies without in-house GR staff that want routine transactions handled each month.
  • Companies that need a single job done, such as a work permit or an exit/re-entry visa.

Who it is not for

  • Job seekers. We work for companies, not individuals looking for work.
  • Requests to transfer an individual's iqama to a new sponsor.
  • So-called free visa requests. We do not arrange them.

How our GR services work, step by step

  1. 01

    Map your platforms and deadlines

On a short first call, our team lists the platforms your company uses and the dates that matter. These include the CR annual confirmation, the MISA update and iqama expiry dates.

  2. 02

Choose one-off jobs or a monthly retainer

Some companies need a single job, such as one work permit or one exit/re-entry visa. Others want a monthly retainer covering routine transactions across all their platforms.

  3. 03

    Set up our access

We act through a legal power of attorney, not shared passwords. Your company keeps control of its own accounts on every platform.

  4. 04

    File and track each transaction

Our team files each request on the right platform, such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI or ZATCA. We follow it to completion and tell you when anything needs your input.

Platform: Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, Mudad, ZATCA, business.saTime: Varies by platform and transaction

  5. 05

    Keep the annual deadlines

We track the CR annual confirmation and the MISA annual registration update. A CR left unconfirmed for 3 months is fined and suspended, and cancelled after a year of suspension.

Platform: business.sa, MISA Electronic Services Portal

What we need to start GR services

To start GR work for your company, we usually ask for:

  • Your company's unified national number, the CR number that starts with 7.
  • A power of attorney for our team, where a platform or authority needs one.
  • Your MISA investment registration, if the company is foreign-owned.
  • Your National Address details.
  • Passport and iqama copies for the employees in each transaction.

Passports need 90 days' validity for an exit/re-entry visa and 60 days for a final exit visa. We check this before filing.

Our fee

We quote one-off jobs per task and retainers per month, after a short first call about your headcount and platforms. Government fees are always shown separately.

Government fees checked on 22 October 2026 against the sources listed below. Iqama, work permit and levy fees depend on each worker, so we confirm them case by case.

What changed in 2025 and 2026

CR renewal is now annual confirmation

Since the Commercial Registration Law took effect in April 2025, CRs no longer expire. The company confirms its CR data every year on business.sa, and can confirm early.

Employment contracts must be documented electronically

Labour Law amendments in force since 18 February 2025 recognise only electronically documented contracts. Contracts for non-Saudis are fixed-term, one year by default. Probation can run up to 180 days.

Instant work visas are capped for new companies

Under Qiwa rules reported in June 2026, firms under two years old can get at most 5 instant work visas. They also need Medium Green Nitaqat or better and wage protection compliance.

GR services in Saudi Arabia: common questions

What are GR services in Saudi Arabia?

GR (government relations) services handle a company's transactions on government platforms, such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI and ZATCA. No regulation defines GR; it is market practice. In Arabic the work is often called التعقيب.

Do you offer monthly GR retainers?

Yes. We take on one-off jobs and monthly retainers. A retainer covers routine transactions across your platforms, and we quote it after a short first call about your headcount.

Which government platforms does your GR team cover?

Our team works on Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, Mudad, ZATCA and business.sa. We also handle chamber of commerce attestations and the MISA annual registration update.

Do you need our platform passwords?

No. We act through a legal power of attorney, not shared passwords, so your company keeps control of its accounts.

What happens if we miss the CR annual confirmation?

After 3 months, a fine applies and the CR is suspended. After a year of suspension, the CR is cancelled permanently and cannot be restored. Confirming early is allowed, and we track the date for you.

Does a MISA registration need renewing?

No. It is kept current through an annual registration update, filed within the 60 working days before the due date. MISA sets the update fee on approval.

Can you transfer an iqama or arrange a free visa?

No. We do not handle iqama transfer requests or so-called free visas, and we do not place job seekers. Our GR work is for companies and their staff.

Does a new company pay a chamber of commerce subscription?

No subscription is due for the first 3 years from the CR date, under the Chambers Law. The chamber also issues the invitation letters that business visit visas need.
